Accommodation : Glamping

Name: Zaina Lodge

Taking a safari in a more unusual destination is a great way to gain a really genuine safari experience; to really feel your environment and, of course, to get up close and personal with the wildlife. This can certainly be said for Zaina Lodge which is located in Mole National Park in Ghana.

Zaina Lodge is tucked on a ridge overlooking the endless African Savanna with a marvellous view of two busy watering holes in Mole National Park in Ghana. Established over 50 years ago, Mole National Park is Ghana’s largest game reserve, situated in the northwest corner of the country. It is home to a huge range of animals and is infamous for its bird species and its population of elephants. Over 90 mammal species have been identified within the park including: waterbuck, kob, bushbuck, hippo, warthog, water buffalo, hyenas and baboon.

Kokota International Airport in Accra, the capital city of Ghana, is served by direct flights from many International Airports. From there it’s a one hour regional flight transfer to Tamale, Ghana’s third largest city, where you will be met from the airport in an air-conditioned lodge safari vehicle for the 2.5 hour transfer to Mole National Park.
