The Cheapest First Class Flight In The World: Fly SWISS For $400!

First Class on SWISS airlines is the real deal. Great food, great service, and the airline operates out of Zurich airport, with the only airport train that plays cow moos and bells to passengers as they travel between terminals. You can read all my reviews of SWISS in First Class and SWISS in Business Class to get an idea of how lovely they are to fly with.

SWISS flies from Zurich to Muscat via Dubai. The flight has a layover in Dubai before continuing to Muscat about an hour later. If you want to fly specifically from Dubai to Muscat, or Muscat and Dubai, perhaps you have booked a 2-center vacation, you can book only this leg of the flight with SWISS and fly in style for a steal.

SWISS’ flight between Dubai and Muscat is operated with an Airbus A330-300 featuring First Class, Business Class, and Economy Class and for the short 1-hour flight from Dubai to Muscat (and vice versa) the cost of a one-way ticket is:
Economy Class: Around $90 USD
Business Class: Around $290 USD
First Class: Around $430 USD

These prices are significantly less expensive than what Emirates, Oman Air, etc charge for this route, and for those of us who are either travel nerds (sorry but that’s me) like a bargain or simply want to trial SWISS in First, this has to be the cheapest First Class seat in the world. The seat comes with all the bells and whistles and you will probably get a light bite on the short flight too.

This flight is enough to convince me to include Muscat on my itinerary next time I am in Dubai.
