I love the British Airways for its Biggles-style pilots and excellent air hosts and hostesses. I used to love the brand, but each time I fly with BA, I seem to be battered by another bad experience.
Here are my top rants of 2017; about British Airways food both in Economy and Business, the removal of their curtain (if only for the day?) and the debacle of threats to manhandle our hand luggage off us because the plane was full.
Of course, I wasn’t on the flight where the plane engine burst into flames so I should count myself lucky I guess…
I continue to fly with British Airways as it is the best of a bad bunch within Europe for the flights I take (I am less keen on Easyjet and refuse to fly Ryanair!) and no doubt will continue to rant. Maybe the British Airways PR will hear my pain eventually…
