Horrific Bed Bugs Infest British Airways Planes (Including Business Class!)

A man, who recently travelled in Business Class on British Airways, suffered from bed bug bites on December 30th on a flight from London to Capetown.

The horrific saga continues with a new story circulating about how British Airways had to cancel a flight from London Heathrow to Accra, Ghana because the cabin crew refused to work on the aircraft due to the presence of bed bugs.

A BA source said: “The cabin crew saw bedbugs crawling over the seats, visible to the naked eye.” The flight to Ghana eventually left Heathrow four hours late.

Is this an example of British Airways cost-cutting going a step too far. Surely it is not too much to ask for a plane to be clean and free of infestations? You can read about my other British Airways rants and disasters to find out some other ways British Airways has let it’s customers down.
