British Airways currently offers First Class sale fares from London to New York for as little as £1,798 GBP. You will earn between 8,645 and 10,374 Avios if you are a blue member along with 210 tier points EACH WAY with this ticket.
With my Avios valuation, 20,000 Avios alone is worth £400 GBP which massively reduces the cost of this ticket. 420 tier points are enough to get you past bronze and to almost to Silver (status) which you reach at 600).
300 tier points get you to British Airways Bronze level, which will give you priority baggage, free seat selection, and 25% more bonus Avios whenever you fly with British Airways.
You need 600 tier points to get to Silver. As a Silver member, you get free British Airways airport lounge access and you’ll collect 50% more Avios whenever you fly with British Airways.
What Can I Get In The Business Class Sale
You can pick up round-trip Business Class flights from London to North America, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia starting at just £1000 GBP. Many of the best deals include flights and hotels, where business class flights and a hotel are packaged together.
