Bambuddha Restaurant, MediterrAsian Dining In Ibiza

I do love a dining experience where the surroundings are as fabulous as the food and this certainly rings true at Bambuddha Ibiza. Billed as a MediterrAsian food village; you literally feel as though you are eating in a very stylish temple!

So, food first; modern fusion recipes are created taking inspiration from the ancient Spice Route from Spain, through to Thailand, Vietnam and Japan. Now your taste buds can travel on this journey too!

The food is served Asian-style, so the bland formality of European courses is out the window, instead, food is shared and eaten as and when it’s ready, a much more relaxed and sociable way to eat that seems to perfectly match the party island. It means that you get to try so much more and share the basic, joyful pleasure of eating together too.
The menu is so varied that we think you’ll need to visit more than once and even then, you won’t have tried everything that you fancy! They recommend ordering 3 dishes per person but if you’re really stuck, ask your waiter and they’ll design a menu to perfectly match your tastes, just for you. And don’t overlook the cocktails; they are their own creative concoctions and are totally delicious.

And now onto those very fabulous surroundings; the restaurant lies beneath a tropical canopy of bamboo, intermingled with watchful stone statues which make you feel like you’re in Ubud or Goa, rather than the picturesque Ibiza countryside. The interior design is simply wonderful; a restaurant Temple is created; fusing Spirituality with Sexuality everywhere you look. The bar is the place to be seen this summer; sip those incredible cocktails and enjoy the sounds of the resident DJs. For a VIP party, make sure to reserve the adorable Moonlight Lounge pagodas.

Bambuddha Ibiza is located in the heart of the island on the road to San Juan. It is perfect for intimate dining, private events, monumental parties, and everything in between – there’s even a group menu which caters to the whole table. The restaurant first opened her doors in 1999 and has had a long and fascinating history since; proving herself time and time again as an essential thread in the veins of Ibiza; a joyously decadent environment. Outdoor dining beneath the Ibizan moonlight has got to be the perfect way to escape the intense Ibiza heat; sit back, relax in your surroundings and enjoy the sumptuous MediterrAsian fusion cuisine.
