Book A Stay

Doha, capital of Qatar, tops the list of the richest countries in the world. This growth and investment has created some stunning architecture and cultural highlights, such as the Museum of Islamic Art. Doha enjoys a mostly dry, warm climate, although many may find the summer months too hot at over 40 celsius.

Most luxury travellers come here as a result of a layover when flying Qatar Airways. Qatar Airways has a particularly good Business Class. and their new Qatar QSuite seat will make this airline stand out as one of the best ways to travel around the world.

But Qatar is so much more than a layover, and is now on the world stage hosting significant international events such as FIFA World Cup coming up in 2022.

Location

Warwick Doha Hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Doha city, in Al Sadd area. The hotel is just a few minutes’ walk to Hamad Hospital, a 20 minute drive to some of the major attractions of the city like the Corniche & Souq Waqif. It is around 45 minutes from Hamad International Airport (as traffic can be unpredictable). By using the Warwick as a base you can easily get to all the major malls of Doha like the City Center and Villaggio.

Style & Character

The decor in the Warwick is a classic mix of white marble with gold edging with lots of enormous crystal chandeliers. The lobby is welcoming and the staff are noteworthy here, as they go out of their way to help.

Service & Facilities

The “Moon Deck” is an absolute highlight of this hotel. Up on the rooftop, you will find the classy pool on the “Moon Deck”, with decking flanking the pool and loungers with blue cushions, which match the colour of the water. The views from the rooftop are tremendous and you can enjoy a drink or meal up on the rooftop beside the pool if you wish.

Other facilities include a very steamy steam room which is open until midnight and a Jacuzzi. Take a relaxing massage at The Spa or work out at the fitness centre. There is also a beauty salon.

Rooms

Elegant rooms offer everything you would expect from a 5 star hotel. They have one king or two twin beds and a nice touch is the two bottles of mineral water which are refreshed daily and bathrobes and slippers. Suites are a mass of golds and reds. They have a regal feel and all the bathrooms have Bvlgari amenities which are my favourite amenity brand.

Food & Drink

Dinner on the roof top comes highly recommended with great food, staff and even better views. There is also an Italian restaurant and cafe at 1st floor which serves authentic tastes of Italy.
