Style & Character
The Lyall Elegance is notable for its sheer size, at 129 square meters or 1388 square feet, the feeling of space can’t fail to escape you. The luxurious apartment is located on the second floor of an elegant Georgian house on a quiet street. There are dark, hardwood floors and similarly dark wood furniture throughout giving a real feel of the original building whilst also maintaining a contemporary appearance. A standout-feature is the long balcony running almost the length of the apartment which overlooks the elegant and quiet Georgian mews adjacent to the house; the balcony is reached through floor to ceiling doors which lead out from the lounge and makes this a most glamorous entertaining space.
Service & Facilities
The strikingly large Lounge has a large ‘L’ shaped sofa with a large, flat screen TV featuring Freeview channels, there is also a solid wood desk and chair – handy when staying on business or simply for keeping in touch with friends and family back home. You walk through the Lounge to an equally spacious, modern kitchen which includes an elegant solid wood dining table which comfortably seats 6. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 6-ring gas hob, oven, built-in microwave, large fridge/freezer, 2 wine fridges, dishwasher and washer/dryer. There is central heating throughout with very effective radiators in each room and complimentary Wi-Fi too. The apartment is managed by London Lifestyle Apartments who offer airport transfers, will meet you at the property and give you a tour, and are more than happy to furnish you with tips of local restaurants or anything else that you need.
The Master Bedroom is exceptionally large and has a King Size Bed and a walk-in closet with shelves and hanging areas. It also has a small sofa bed suitable for children. The very large ensuite bathroom has a separate rain shower, ultra-modern extra-sized bathtub and his and hers wash hand basins. The much smaller Second Bedroom has a Double Bed and includes an ensuite with rain shower.
Food & Drink
You are very well setup for self-catering (a Waitrose supermarket is just 3 minutes’ walk away in Motcomb Street), but in this location, you needn’t if you choose not to! Why not enjoy your surroundings to the full and dine at some of London’s top hotels whilst you are here? The Diplomat Hotel is just at the top of the street, whilst the even more exclusive The Hari Hotel is a few steps further, with Jumeirah Carlton Tower Hotel just around the corner facing Cadogan Place Gardens. Restaurants of every type of cuisine can be found in nearby Pont Street.
