Here you also find Victoria Street; with its high-end shopping, a great range of restaurants, coffee shops and even 3 theatres. You are also at the edge of Belgravia in Eaton Square; Belgravia is one of central London’s most exclusive residential areas, surrounded by many embassies, top hotels and more. It is an area largely unspoilt by modern development and maintaining many of the original Georgian houses which give it its unique character and atmosphere. Belgravia borders both Chelsea and Knightsbridge which offer easy access to the great shopping and village-like atmosphere of both of these lovely areas.
Style & Character
The apartment is on the 4th and 5th floors of a very elegant building. It is contemporary with a unique style which remains sensitive to the classic building in which it is housed. The apartment is located in the mansard roof which means many of the rooms feature sloping ceilings and walls giving it a charming Alice in Wonderland feel. The large lounge and dining room features modern whitewood flooring which looks beautiful as well as making the floor lovely and warm to walk on.
Service & Facilities
The Grosvenor Exclusive is huge at 1395 square feet or 129.6 square meters! On the 4th floor, there is a generous-sized, stylish, carpeted lounge and dining area with large windows all around offering amazing views. There is a very large ‘L’ shaped sofa, flat screen TV with Freeview channels and an elegant dining table which comfortably seats 6. There is also an additional toilet on this floor. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. The spacious kitchen is very well equipped with 4-ring gas hob, built-in oven, built-in microwave, large fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, and all other usual amenities that you will need during your stay. The apartment is managed by London Lifestyle Apartments who offer airport transfers, will meet you at the property and give you a tour, and are more than happy to furnish you with tips of local restaurants or anything else that you may need.
The master bedroom is on the 4th floor and includes a queen size bed and ample wardrobes with a fabulous view across the city. The ensuite bathroom is modern and features a bathtub with shower over. The internal staircase up to the 5th floor bring you to 2 equally sized bedrooms; each with queen size beds and ensuite bathrooms with bathtubs and showers over. A quality air bed or floor mattress can be provided for a 7th guest and setup in the master bedroom or lounge.

When it comes to eating out, you are totally spoilt for choice in this area. The coffee shops and restaurants of some of London’s top hotels are moments from your apartment, whilst restaurants of every type of cuisine can be found in Victoria. A Waitrose supermarket is 4 minutes’ walk away in Bressenden Place, where you can pick up anything that you might need during your stay.
