Lord Byron once said that the Montenegrin coastline is ‘the most beautiful encounter between land and sea’, and nowhere is a more perfect expression of this than Luštica Bay.
Luštica Bay is nestled along a stretch of Adriatic coastline. Warmed by 240 days of sunshine a year, it is a diverse landscape of clear-as-glass waters, uninterrupted coastline, olive groves, Maquis shrubland and sloping hills. Although secluded, it remains within easy reach of the region’s hotspots, a short 15 minutes drive to Tivat and Kotor.
The Chedi Luštica Bay is one of the most anticipated luxury hotel openings on the Mediterranean. Due to open in 2018, this hotel will be the largest 5-star hotel in Boka Bay, offering 110 rooms, two restaurants, a bar, conference and business centre, an outdoor pool, spa and fitness centre featuring indoor heated pool and gymnasium and ancillary facilities.
What makes the The Chedi Luštica Bay special is the balmy climate offered in this idyllic bay and region and the iconic levels of luxury offered by the Chedi brand. The hotel’s central location within Luštica Bay main marina promenade will afford stunning views over the marina and the Adriatic Sea.
This hotel is part of a massive construction project also including another 7 hotels all offering a unique take on Mediterranean living along with 1,000 luxury villas and apartments will also be on sale. The cost to build this new town is around €1.1 billion. Studios at Lustica Bay will start at €175,000 and villas featuring panoramic infinity pools start at €1.82mil.
The Chedi, which initially established its name in Asia and the Far East continues its push into Europe with the Luštica Bay project. After GHM established cooperation with Orascom in Andermatt, Switzerland, where ODH is constructing a luxury year round village, the Luštica Bay project represents The Chedi’s second European hotel.
The Chedi Luštica Bay will open in 2018.
