Panja Resort Palawan
Palawan is an island province of the Philippines located in the Mimaropa region. Palawan is a slice of heaven, a sliver of an island that teems with exotic wildlife, quaint fishing villages, and UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
Puerto Princesa is the island’s main city and is a popular tourist location with many beach resorts and seafood restaurants. It is reached by plane from Cebu and Manila. It is the perfect place to start exploring both the north and south of Palawan. Attractions include the UNESCO Underground River, which follows a network of pitch-black caves. Thought to be the longest navigable tunnel in the world, it is great to explore.
In the north of Palawan, the Calamian Islands offer some of the most undiscovered and interesting wreck diving in the world. Another must-do for divers is the limestone cliffs of Coron Island rise vertically out of the sea. Inland, Cayangan volcanic lake is surrounded by rock walls and is also a perfect spot for swimming, snorkeling, and diving.
