Louis Althea Kalamies is located about a 45 minute drive from Larnaca International airport. Thomas Cook Airlines, Monarch and EasyJet all offer direct flights from Gatwick, while Aegean and British Airways fly from Heathrow and Thomas Cook Airlines and Jet2 operate out of Manchester.
Comprising 14 three bedroom villas and 4 four bedroom villas, this complex enjoys many of the benefits of the nearby Louis Althea Beach hotel – daily maid service, access to the restaurants and facilities – yet also allows guests the peace and privacy of their own luxury villa with private pool. Boasting stunning, contemporary design, this stylish complex is located just a stone’s throw from the picturesque Pernera beach and within walking distance of a choice of restaurants and other amenities.
The décor throughout all the villas is fresh, modern and very striking, with a bold blue and white colour scheme, oversized lampshades and marble floors. Three bedroom villas will accommodate up to 6 guests and have their own private garden and 18 m3 fresh water swimming pool, while four bedroom villas are suitable for up to 8 people and boast private gardens and 32 m3 fresh water swimming pools. Each pool area is well equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas and garden furniture and each villa has parking for one car. Three bed villas comprise a living and dining area, kitchen, master bedroom, two twin rooms, two bathrooms and a separate toilet. Four bed villas are similar, but benefit from an additional twin room with ensuite bathroom featuring a massage shower panel, while one of the other bathrooms boasts a Jacuzzi. Kitchens in all villas are equipped with fridge, dishwasher, toaster, washing machine, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities, and welcome packs comprising fruit, wine, soft drinks, water and juice will be provided upon arrival. All villas have free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, music and DVD player and individually controlled air conditioning, and all towels are provided, including beach towels. Villa tip – As well as being larger, the four bedroom villas have the advantage of beautiful sea views. Some of the villas face the road, so it might be worth specifying if you prefer to avoid those.
Guests staying at the Louis Althea Kalamies Villas have the option to take advantage of the hotel restaurant and snack bar for breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you prefer, you can even have breakfast served at your villa for an additional charge. There are supermarkets within walking distance, so preparing your own meals couldn’t be simpler, while there is also a varied choice of restaurants in the local area and in nearby towns, serving both traditional Cypriot and international cuisine. The nearest is the Kalamies fish tavern, just a two minute walk away.
