Gregor Pirouzi Summer 2016 Swimwear

Reviews : Style

Gregor Pirouzi is one of my favourite new finds. Gregor’s worked with the likes of Versace, Helmut Lang and Vivienne Westwood. He uses his obvious talent and extensive experience within the high-end luxury couture business to create some gorgeous pieces of swimwear.

Inspired by the colors of summer, Gregor’s new swimwear collection for Spring / Summer 2016, entitled “Welcome To Miami”, was launched mid of January 2016 at the Alchemist shop in Miami and it’s just as fabulous as his first.

This is swimwear made from luxurious fabrics cut beautifully to fit a woman’s shape. Comfortable to wear and great to look at. I must confess to owing a few of Gregor’s bikinis, which from the moment I pulled them on became beloved pieces. The uplifting tops and the flattering bottoms make them my go-to bikins, first to be pulled out of my suitcase when the pool beckons.

Welcome To Miami consists of six themes and offers a variety of bikinis and swimsuits in simple, bold, geometric and modern pop art prints, as well as dreamy pastel tones and neutral block colors such as black, olive and grey. I’m normally a monochrome girl but the Zeta bikini in the pink chess is gorgeous. The new black swimsuits with their gold trim and embellishments are stand out pieces from the new collection too, fabulous stuff.
