Triangl Spring Summer 2016 Bikinis

News : Style

I once owned a Triangl bikini, a lovely luminous pink thing with a black mesh bandeau top. The neoprene it was made of tended not to be the most comfortable fabric in the world but neither-the-less it was a lovely bikini. So when news of Triangl’s new collection dropped in my inbox it gained my attention, pictures of the model on a warm beach lifting me from the gloom of a cold English winters day.

My favourite bikinis in Triangl’s new range are entitled Confetti, Dolly, Piper and Gigi, all are made from the brands trademark Neoprene. Piper and Gigi are similar in styling with Gigi being the slightly skimpier of the two, their look is far more grown up than I’ve come to expect from Triangl, monochrome in color with subtle detailing. Dolly is a return to Triangl’s in your face colors, but whilst the trim and styling is bold it’s perhaps more subdued than the brands existing range. Confetti is once again an elegant diversion from Triangl’s current range, featuring bikini bottoms in various colourful Hawaiian style prints, perfectly matched with contrasting white bikini tops in a variety of styles.

The cut of all the new bikini’s looks lovely, sophisticatedly skimpy, noting too cheeky. I love the triangle cut and the almost neon colors of the Dolly top, Confetti’s Pink Posie bottoms are just perfect and I’m rater partial to Gigi’s Californian Coconut in Optic white too.

Winter in England makes me pine for bright, vibrant summer colors. Browsing Triangl’s website has made me realise that I really miss my luminous pink Triangl bikini… Perhaps I shall treat myself to a new one.
