Jumeirah Group, Dubai, will be operating a new hotel in the US$1 billion iconic Business Bay towers in Dubai.
Expected to be completed by the opening of Expo 2020, the luxury Jumeirah Business Bay Hotel will include 200 room as well as 350 serviced apartments and 290 luxurious residences all managed by the Jumeirah brand.
The skyscraper, designed by architectural and engineering firm, Atkins Global, who also designed the Burj Al Arab, will have over 3 million square feet of floor space and will offer views of Downtown Dubai and Burj Khalifa. This luxury city resort will include dining venues, spa and health club, conference and banquet facilities and an open air, rooftop Sky bar – not for those with a fear of heights.
One of the tower’s features is the sky attraction, an interactive experience taking visitors high over the towers of Business Bay.
