The Residences are at Grace Bay Resort’s new, just launched, collection of freestanding private beachfront villas. They call it their luxury “micro resort” and these exclusive beachfront villas are situated within a gated enclave on Grace Bay beach.
There are just three luxury villas, which feature 5 bedrooms, 5.5 baths and total indoor/outdoor living space of up to 6,400 square feet. Two of the master bedrooms are oceanfront, while the fifth bedroom is located within a private, detached cottage.
Other micro resort amenities include a personal concierge service including a library and complete fitness center. True luxury features range from the infinity pool surrounded by a spacious deck and palapa, to the decadent outdoor showers. Interior spaces exude a comfortable-yet-sophisticated aesthetic, courtesy of renowned designer Thom Filicia. The design is inspired by the island’s natural beauty and tropical surroundings, bringing the outdoor in. The villas also boast a variety of eco-friendly features, including multi-zone air conditioning, gray water recycling, LED lighting and a self-contained waste water treatment system.
“Our primary goal with The Residences was to create a sense of timelessness and elegance that felt distinctly Grace Bay,” Filicia said. “By weaving in natural pieces that emphasize each home’s close proximity to white sand beaches and clear blue waters, we created a space that is both earthy and clean, as well as classic and fresh.”
“These stunning villas deliver a uniquely elevated experience by offering Grace Bay Club’s ultra-luxe service and amenities in a brand-new setting, the comfort and privacy of a freestanding beachfront home,” said Nikheel Advani, COO and principal of Grace Bay Resorts. “This spectacular collection of villas allows us to deliver our signature handmade experiences to guests in a fresh way.”
