It seems Leaders Club offers are like buses; none for ages and then two come along at once! You may have taken advantage of the triple stay credit LHW Leaders Club offer which needed to be booked up by 13th April. Well this offer has been sent to me just days later.
It is only valid on European hotel bookings but there are a huge selection of 110 to choose from. As a Leaders Club member, you save 15% or more on room rates AND you earn a bonus stay credit.
This offer only applicable for one new stay booked on the In-Advance (L60) rate code between April 16 and May 7, 2015.
You must book at one of the 110 participating European hotels.
No bookings made prior to April 16 or after May 7, 2015 may be amended to become eligible.
The check-out date of the stay must be August 31, 2015 or earlier.
Only one booking per member is eligible for this bonus stay credit offer and this offer may not be combined with any other offer.
You are only eligible for this offer if you received the offer email from The Leading Hotels of the World.
So is the offer any good? In a word yes! Particularly if you are doing a short stay of a night or two. If you stay for just one night you will get 2 stay credits (one standard, one bonus) against this night which works out at half a night for Leaders Club Unlimited members or 2/5th of a night for Leaders Club Standard members.
I will probably book into the Metropole Monte-Carlo at 408€ per night. Bearing in mind that as an Unlimited member I get half a night free I am in effect getting the night at the metropole for 200€ or £147! This is all assuming that the free night I generate is worth 408€. This year I managed to snag 2 nights at the Cipriani Venice in May which starts at 1,330€ per night so by taking advantage of this bonus offer and then carefully choosing the hotel you spend it at you can consider the first stay as a freebee.
Of course it is not always possible to spend your nights at the most expensive lhw hotels due to their very limited availability. Once I had booked the Cipriani there are no more lhw free nights available at any hotel in Venice for the entire of May, so I have instead booked up my soon to expire free nights at the Hermitage Monte Carlo at the comparatively lower equivalent rate of 428€. Either way, this lhw Leaders Club offer is certainly worth a look!
