Name: Baha Mar Casino & Hotel
Once again I am drawn to this brand spanking new resort, this time due to the imagery I keep spotting across my glossy magazines. This time the Baha Mar Casino & Hotel was being promoted in all it’s glory in my Departures (Platinum American Express) Magazine. I couldn’t resist sharing the parachute picture (featured above) along with her most excellent pink and black swimsuit – I need to know where she got that from!
So what do I find tempting? Billed as a brand “New Riviera” and “Vegas on the beach” there is little not to like if you fancy a glitzy break. OK this is not the place to come if you are looking for boutique luxury. For me it is more a place to pop into and be a teeny bit nosey, before heading somewhere else for some serious relaxation.
Rooms are a mix of creamy browns and deep dark blues all with stylish marble bathrooms. You mainly pay for your view with your Delux King showing limited views, Lake View with lake views as described and Ocean King with glorious views over the Caribbean
Hotels also featured in this resort complex include a Rosewood, an SLS Lux, a Grand Hyatt and The Residences. Book in at the Baha Mar Casino & Hotel by the end of April and you get the first night free as an opening offer (and I am always tempted to visit a new hotel).
Vegas is ever more popular so I have no doubt this place will be thronging soon, perhaps now is the moment to pop into “The worlds most glamorous new playground” before the crowds descend!
