Airport lounges massively reduce the stress of flying, particularly at busy airports like Heathrow and Gatwick. Paying for lounge passes can be expensive and when I originally wrote this article, Dragon Pass offered a discount code.

I have now updated my article and outline below, the best way of buying into the nearest airport lounge at a discounted cost.

To get hold of a Priority Pass, you buy membership from PriorityPass.com, you can get an American Express Platinum card (which entitles you to 2 complementary Priority Passes), you can join Leaders Club Unlimited (which entitles you to 1 standard Priority Pass = 10 complementary lounge access passes per anum) or you can enjoy three hours in ‘Aspire, the Lounge and Spa at LHR T5’ for £35 when booked in advance at executivelounges.com or for £40 at reception on the day subject to availability.

Gatwick North Terminal Aspire Lounge
Gatwick North Terminal MyLounge
Gatwick North Terminal No.1 Gatwick Lounge
Gatwick South Terminal No.1 Gatwick Lounge

Heathrow’s lounges include:
Terminal 2 Plaza Premium Lounge (departures)
Terminal 2 Plaza Premium Lounge (arrivals)
Terminal 3 Serviceair Lounge
Terminal 4 Plaza Premium Lounge (departures)
Terminal 5 Aspire Lounge
