Villa Papelillos, Puerto Vallarta Review

Reviews : Accommodation

Villa Papelillos is a beautiful boutique villa located within the protected ecological reserve known as the Sierra de Vallejo, right in the heart of Mexican Riviera Nayarit. Here you can find pristine jungle and Pacific Coast beaches. It is a true natural paradise, lush and private.

Just 30 miles from Puerto Vallarta airport, this luxury villa is all about the serene views. The property itself consists of two exquisite buildings of 3200 square feet each. Each can accommodate up to 8 guests. Both units are air-conditioned and have ceiling fans with remote controls in all indoor areas as well. Each module also features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room for 8 people, a living room equipped with Bose sound system, 40 inch LED screen, Blue Ray, Satellite TV, WI-FI and a water fountain, rooftop terrace offering 360º views from the Pacific Ocean and the mountains, a master bedroom offering an ocean view and king size bed equipped with mosquito net, full bathroom, and dressing room, marble floor, terrace, and balcony.  Across both buildings, living space totals 6 King Size Beds + 4 Single Beds, 10 Bathrooms + 6 Showers. The total sleeping capacity is 16.

What sets Villa Papelillos apart from other villas are the unobstructed views of the ocean over dense jungle and airy and stylish modern architecture. The villa itself is gorgeous with lots of open spaces. If you do yoga, bring a yoga mat for dawn yoga practice on the flat roof. The villa is also incredibly private, and service is discrete. Carlos, Diega & Vicente, who are the chef, housekeeper, and caretaker respectively, are incredibly sweet, friendly people. Carlos puts together the most delicious authentic cuisine from fresh local ingredients. Incredible guacamole, salsa, ceviche (shrimp & Mahi), simply delicious.

Since Villa Papellilos is quite secluded, you will need a car to move around and enjoy the villages around and all the other activities this region has to offer, including snorkeling, spearfishing, surfing, good restaurants, and hiking,

The weather is warm and wonderful in this part of the world. The pool is perfect, and the views are spectacular. Enjoying the tranquil pool sipping a Pina Colada made from a fresh coconut from one of the trees nearby as the sun sets over the jungle. At night you can sit up on the roof terrace and enjoy great star watching. Expect a fabulous and exclusive stay here at this luxury villa retreat in the heart of the Mexican Riviera.
