Newest Hotel Openings January 2015

I am always excited about new luxury hotel openings and here is my choice of some of the latest Hot Hotel openings that have literally just just opened.

Delano Vegas
The Delano arrived in Vegas in December 2014. This brand new all-suite property has just opened in a tower of the Mandalay Bay Resort Complex. It brings the effortless style and unparalleled service of the original Delano South Beach to the energy and buzz of the Las Vegas Strip. It even has a Bond style glass casino right on the man-made beach so you can take a dip between trying your luck at the Casino.

Langham Sydney
The Langham Sydney reopened in December after a $30 million refurbishment and it now looks super swish! Located in the heart of The Rocks district, close to Darling Harbour, guests can expect a choice of 98 rooms, jazz lounge with Western Harbour views, afternoon teas and a fine-dining restaurant, all in airy rooms decorated in uplifting white and cream tones. Think Art deco mixed with beautifully with New England clapboard and you will know what to expect!

Aman Tokyo
Open from 22 December 2014 and Aman’s first property in Tokyo and the 27th in the portfolio. This spectacular hotel will occupy the top six floors of the newly built Otemachi Tower. The hotel has 84 rooms and suites and is very much about the views over the gleaming skyscrapers. Think the views and ambiance of Park Hyatt Bar from the movie “Lost In Translation” and then ramp the luxury up another notch.

Four Seasons The Westcliff
This stylish urban resort is located on a hillside with panoramic views across the Johannesburg Zoo and the prestigious neighbourhoods of The Parks, the Hotel is still conveniently close to business, culture, shopping and leisure activities. There are 117 rooms, alfresco dining, infinity pool and spa. More Four Seasons hotel openings can be found here.
