Book A Stay

A new, dynamic star is rearing its’ head in the Gulf; Doha is the place to go; visit soon before the masses descend. Your must-stay hotel is the luxurious 5-star InterContinental Doha Beach & Spa, located on the longest private beach in the city, just minutes from the heart of the city.

InterContinental Doha Beach & Spa is a luxurious 5-star hotel in Doha, Qatar. This hotel features many amenities, including an outdoor pool, a spa, multiple restaurants, and a fitness center.

Location

InterContinental Doha Beach & Spa is located in the West Bay Lagoon in one of the city’s most sought-after locations and offers captivating uninterrupted views of the Arabian Gulf and the glamorous Doha skyline. You are minutes from downtown Doha where you’ll find Doha Exhibition Centre and Doha Golf Club as well as major offices. The concierge will be more than happy to point you in the direction of key sights, from the elegant Katara Cultural Village or traditional market Souq Waqif to the bustling luxury development of The Pearl. Doha itself is very accessible, with both British Airways and Qatar Airways flying direct from London in just over six and a half hours.

Style & Character

Inside, the hotel is elegant and contemporary, blending European style with understated Arabic twists. Outside, it looks more like a beautifully landscaped tropical resort than a hotel! Palm trees, turquoise waters, and just the beautiful skyline to remind you that you’re actually in a city.

Service & Facilities

For some relaxation and respite during your stay, book into the stunning Spa InterContinental. Even the facilities list makes me swoon – 16 lavish treatment rooms, a private indoor pool, relaxation rooms, a juice bar, a sauna, and Jacuzzi; bliss.

Guests can enjoy convenient access to the beach from the hotel, as well as a variety of activities, including kayaking and snorkeling. There’s also a little gem to be found at The Bay Club. At first glance, you think this is the name of the gym, and it is this, but it’s also 500 meters of white sandy beach, two tennis courts, two squash courts, a heavenly freeform outdoor pool with a shady children’s pool, a fitness studio, oh and the gym of course! There’s also a fab range of water sports available, and my personal favorite is a 5-meter water trampoline in the lagoon!

Rooms

All the 375 rooms and suites are chic and beautiful, but I’d strongly advise choosing one of the 120 Club rooms, which gets you access to the exclusive Club InterContinental. Located on the Mezzanine floor, the Club makes the most of those spectacular views; come for breakfast, light refreshments, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails, all complimentary, of course. It’s also worth requesting a room that takes full advantage of the magnificent panoramic views of the Arabian Sea and the skyline of Doha, though, to be fair, most of the views are pretty epic!

Food & Drink

There are nine award-winning restaurants, lounges, and bars at the hotel. Take your pick from Lebanese, Tex-Mex, Greek, or International cuisine; there’s a pool bar with an expansive terrace, a chic cocktail bar, and the famous Belgian Café, which serves Belgian classics such as steaming mussel pots and chunky frites and Belgian beer, it’s the place to be in Doha come the early evening when the sun sets over the city.
